Delivery within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm (Sydney time) the same day if the items are in stock.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery for items that are not in stock.  

The following freight charges apply for delivery within Australia:

1-4 items - $10.95

5 or more items - $14.95

We ship most orders up to 5kg with Australian Air Express Couriers or Australia Post Express Post.  Orders that weigh over 5kg will ship via Australia Post Standard Delivery.  Additional freight charges may apply for orders over 10kg in weight.  We'll contact you before shipping if this applies to your order.

All orders must be signed for.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the parcel to the nearest post office where it can be collected.

PICK UP
Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 105, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney.  Please contact us first to check availability of stock before picking up orders.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same day delivery is available for locations in Sydney if items are in stock.  Same day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm by calling us on 9211 2755.  Please contact us for same day delivery charges.

Delivery to New Zealand

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by noon (New Zealand time) the same day if the items are in stock.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery for items that are not in stock.  The following handling charges apply for delivery to New Zealand:

1-4 items - $19.95
5 or more items - $45.00

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand.
